Help us check a correction
Send the page URL, the detail you think is wrong and a link to the source. If the issue concerns a seasonal rule, include the season or visit date the source refers to. A screenshot can help explain a display problem, but please remove personal booking and payment information.
We cannot verify a resort-wide queue claim from an isolated recollection. If you are sharing a personal observation, label it as such rather than presenting it as a measured average.
Report a technical issue
Tell us which page you used, what you tried to do and what happened instead. Include the device or browser if you know it. Please do not email card details, passwords or other sensitive information.
For a calculator issue, describe the input categories and the arithmetic problem without sending personal financial or booking records. Read the calculator method to check the intended unit bases.
